SOLO is een seizoensgebonden single-origin gewassen koffie met een melassezoetheid, een milde bessenzuurheid en een stroperige body die doorloopt naar een mooie afdronk.

In de hooglanden van westelijk Guatemala verbouwen kleinschalige producenten in Huehuetenango koffie op steile, vruchtbare hellingen, waar koffie een groot deel van de lokale economie ondersteunt. Via het Regional Select-programma werken ze samen en hebben ze een systeem opgebouwd dat kwaliteit beloont en de waarde dicht bij de herkomst houdt. Deze partij is gemaakt om de essentie van de smaak van Huehuetenango vast te leggen.
