Dans les hautes terres de l'ouest du Guatemala, les petits producteurs de Huehuetenango cultivent des pentes escarpées et fertiles où le café soutient une grande partie de l'économie locale. En travaillant collectivement dans le cadre du programme Regional Select, ils ont mis en place un système qui récompense la qualité tout en conservant la valeur près de l'origine. Ce lot a été élaboré pour capturer l'essence des arômes de Huehuetenango.
