我們每一批埃斯梅拉達特殊自然處理藝伎咖啡，包括這批來自卡巴尼亞區的精選，都反映了生產過程中的細心照料。長達41天的乾燥過程，最後以精確的18小時機械乾燥完成，打造出一款不僅凸顯藝伎品種本身的甜度和花香，更提供豐富且令人回味無窮體驗的咖啡。

I brewed this as a pour-over this morning and the floral aroma alone made the whole kitchen smell incredible before I even took a sip. The 2023 Limited Release series really shows in how clean and delicate the cup is, especially for a natural process Gesha.
The jasmine and bergamot notes hit right after brewing, and the finish stays sweet for minutes—easily the most complex cup I’ve had from a natural gesha. It’s pricey, but every sip makes sense of it.
The floral aroma from the Gesha beans hit me as soon as I opened the bag, and the cup it produced was incredibly complex and smooth without any bitterness. I've tried many special lots, but this one from Panama stands out for its clean, tea-like finish that lingers nicely. Definitely worth the splur
