015 - Esmeralda Special Washed Gesha

First cup was so clean and floral it made me pause mid-morning—the washed process really lets that Canas Verdes terroir shine through. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingers way longer than most coffees I’ve tried.

This one’s a step above the usual Gesha—the washed process at Canas Verdes really lets that delicate florality shine through the whole cup. Brewed it on the V60 and even the aroma alone was worth the price.

I've been brewing this Gesha as my daily pour-over for the last week and the washed process really lets the clarity shine through, cup after cup. The notes are so distinct and the finish stays clean even when it cools down. Definitely worth picking up another bag before it's gone.
