SOLO es un café lavado de origen único de temporada que ofrece una dulzura a melaza, una acidez suave a bayas y un cuerpo almibarado que perdura hasta un gran final.

En las tierras altas del oeste de Guatemala, los pequeños productores de Huehuetenango cultivan laderas empinadas y fértiles donde el café sostiene gran parte de la economía local. Trabajando colectivamente a través del programa Regional Select, han creado un sistema que recompensa la calidad mientras mantiene el valor cerca del origen. Este lote se elaboró para capturar la esencia del sabor de Huehuetenango.
