Mahango var et af de første landbrugssamfund, de begyndte at arbejde med. Agri Evolve køber modne røde kaffekirsebær direkte fra småbønder på deres lokale indkøbscenter. Pergamentet transporteres derefter til Naybirongo kaffestation til forarbejdning.
