Opened one of these after my usual dark roast and the lightness genuinely surprised me—it’s almost sparkling on the tongue, that candied-fruit note carries through clean to the last sip. Only downside is I wish the box came with more than twelve, because I’m already rationing them.
The candied-fruit acidity hits right after the first sip, and it stays surprisingly clean instead of turning sour. I was skeptical about a light-bodied espresso, but it’s become my go-to for mornings when I want something bright without heaviness.
