The black honey capsule is the star here—that purple acidity cuts through the lungo beautifully without turning bitter. I’ve already gone through three of the Gesha pods and each one tasted just as complex as the first.

The machine’s lungo setting pulls these capsules at the perfect volume—the Gascon Black Honey one especially surprised me with how smooth it stayed, no bitterness at the end. The Gesha’s herbal aromatics are genuinely complex, and I keep reaching for it on slow mornings.
