A silky and balanced cup showcasing soft fruit sweetness, citrus zest, and a long nutty finish.

This coffee is produced by small-scale coffee farmers from San Ignacio Province, located in the Cajamarca department in Peru. They primarily cultivate Catimor, Pache, and Typica varieties. This coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria, then floated and hand-sorted to eliminate any defects. The coffee cherries are de-pulped and undergo 20-to-30-hour fermentation. Following this, the parchment is gently washed and placed in a shaded area for drying, a process that takes 15 to 20 days until the ideal moisture content is achieved.

Samuel ★★★★★

That nutty finish lingers just long enough after each sip to make you want the next one. The balanced sweetness means I can drink it black without a single grimace, which is rare for me with store-bought capsules.

The citrus zest hits right at the start and then melts into that soft fruit sweetness—it's genuinely silky and balanced for an espresso capsule. I've been pulling these every morning for a week and the nutty finish keeps bringing me back.

Scarlett D. ★★★★★

That long nutty finish lingers just enough after each sip—balances the soft fruit sweetness perfectly. Pulled three shots this morning and every single one came out silky and consistent.
