「Las Nubes（ラス・ヌベス）」はスペイン語で「雲」を意味し、このカトゥーラ、カトゥアイ、カティモールの品種が育まれた霧深い熱帯雨林と高地の環境を反映しています。このコーヒーを手がけるCaravela Coffeeグループは、ヒノテガ地域でのコーヒー生産に変革をもたらし、ハニー精製やナチュラル精製の構造化されたトレーニングを提供してきました。その努力が実を結んだことを嬉しく思います。このコーヒーを取り扱うのは今年で2年目。初年度は豆、今回はインスタントで提供し、引き続き高い評価を得ています。今年もCaravelaとのさらなる協力を楽しみにしています。
