Tato káva má sladký a šťavnatý charakter s tóny tropického ovoce a čajovým závěrem.

Tuto várku odrůd SL14, SL28 a starších místních krajových odrůd nám zprostředkovala společnost Agri Evolve, dovozce specializující se na vysoce kvalitní ugandské kávy. Mahango byla jednou z prvních farmářských komunit, se kterými začali spolupracovat. Agri Evolve nakupuje zralé červené třešně přímo od drobných pěstitelů ve svém místním výkupním středisku. Pergamen je poté přepravován na zpracovatelskou stanici Naybirongo ke zpracování.
