This is the second coffee from Lux Helena Salazar that we’ve featured this year, the quality of her coffees continues to impress us. She has created a coffee which brings the best out of a Colombian Caturra. Luz has been working in the coffee industry for over 30 years, her journey as a producer was aided by her husband Jairo Arcila, an experienced third-generation coffee farmer.
