The stainless steel surface wipes down in seconds after a messy pour-over, which alone makes it worth it for me. It reads to 0.1g consistently and the controls are so straightforward I didn't need the manual once.

The dial and buttons just make sense, no fiddling with a manual every time I switch brew methods. Cleanup is a breeze too, the stainless surface wipes down in seconds after a sloppy pour.

The 0.1g precision is spot on, and the stainless steel body wipes clean in seconds after a messy pour-over session. Honestly, I’ve used cheaper scales that drift mid-brew, but this one stays steady through the whole bloom cycle. It’s made my morning routine feel a lot more deliberate.
