Este café es producido por Cóndor, que ha trabajado con agricultores de la zona de San Agustín durante más de 30 años. Su labor se ha centrado en establecer relaciones directas con los productores y apoyar el desarrollo de la producción de café de especialidad en la región. Esto incluye brindar asistencia técnica en prácticas agrícolas y organizar un concurso anual de cata llamado «Club San Agustín», diseñado para identificar y recompensar lotes de alta calidad.
