The 58 mm flat burrs make a genuinely even grind for pour-over, and the 41 steps give me enough control to dial in without overthinking it. Takes up a bit of counter space, but the build feels solid and the results speak for themselves.

I was a bit worried about dialing in a new grinder, but the 41 adjustment steps make it easy to land the perfect pour-over setting. The grounds come out so uniform that my brew times are finally consistent, and the 58 mm burrs feel solidly built.

The flat burrs make a genuinely even bed of grounds — my V60 drawdowns have been way more consistent week to week. Swapping between pour-over settings is quick too, and the grind itself feels stable even when I push it finer.
